- Process client requests and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all client communications
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Basic understanding of forex trading and financial markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Patient and empathetic approach to client interactions
- Additional language skills are highly desirable
- Experience with CRM systems and support software
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services
- Previous experience in forex or financial customer support
